Motorcycles have always scared me, but at the same time, I loved them. A love-hate relationship you know? On motorcycles, you never know what can happen especially if you're not wearing your helmet. Sadly though Tuesday night April 27 at 5.pm a man was struck by an SUV whilst on a motorcycle. He was brought to Central Maine Medical Center, where later died from his injuries. The Police will not release a name as it is an ongoing investigation, and they do need to search for a next of kin, what we do know is that the man was 44. The man was alive when the police arrived on the scene but he was not able to make it through the night. The crash happened on Walnut Street between Bartlett and Horton streets. Two detectives are investigating what was going on, while they say they are not going to charge anyone with a crime, you never know what might happen.
